https://www.orbel.be/jorbel/index.php/jorbel <p>JORBEL was the Journal of the Belgian Society for Operational Research <a href="http://www.orbel.be" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ORBEL</a> (formerly called SOGESCI/BVWB). The Journal was published until 2001, when it was replaced by <a href="https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=1&amp;cad=rja&amp;uact=8&amp;ved=2ahUKEwj86IzbkqfgAhWBLVAKHUloASkQFjAAegQIAxAB&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Flink.springer.com%2Fjournal%2F10288&amp;usg=AOvVaw01OaioDW7tWovdAZe2fPrr" target="_blank" rel="noopener">4OR</a>, a joint journal with the French and Italian Operations Research Societies. The first issue, we believe, was volume 2 (issue 1), published in 1961.
