ORBEL38 - Conference programme online - Time to register!

Dear colleague,

With only a few weeks remaining, we have accepted over 80 contributed abstracts for presentation at the upcoming ORBEL conference.  Together with our two keynote speakers, this means that the conference programme has now been completed.

• An overview of the conference schedule including all parallel sessions and talks is now available here. 

• Do not forget to register for the conference (eventually including a great gala dinner at the Horta - Art Nouveau Hall) before Friday 26 January by completing our registration form. 

• Our guest plenary speakers will be Prof. dr. Dolores Romero Morales (Copenhagen Business School - DK) and Prof. dr. Margaretha Gansterer (University of Klagenfurt - AT). Abstracts of these plenary talks are available here.

• In case you prefer to stay in Antwerp overnight, do not forget to book your accomodation. Some suggestions for accomodations can be found via the University of Antwerp booking tool, for which you can find the instructions here. 

• The ORBEL38 conference takes place at the University of Antwerp Stadscampus. Do you plan to travel by train, car, plane or bike? All useful information on how to reach our campus can be found here. Be careful: since August 2023, it is no longer allowed to park your car on the streets in the city center as a tourist / visitor. So, if you decide to come by car, make sure to park your car in one of the paid public parkings. Also, the city center is a low-emission zone!
