Vacancies at VUB-MOBI in Brussels

The MOBI research center at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel is looking for a postdoctoral and predoctoral (PhD student) researcher. The profiles we are looking for:

• Experience in operations research, simulation modelling, agent-based modelling and Geographic Information Systems; 
• Knowledge or strong interest in intermodal/synchromodal freight transport, physical internet and digital twins.
• Background in computer science, applied economics or similar. 

The postdoctoral researcher will coordinate the DISpATch project (http://dispatch-project.be) while the predoctoral position is linked to a Physical Internet Living Lab that will focus on port processes in Flanders.
